What is your return/refund policy?

If you want to return any items, you have 14 days from the date you received your order. To return items, please contact Customer Service by clicking HERE.

Our agents will advise you on how to proceed.

 

  • If exercising your right to return an item: all return fees are at your expense and cannot be refunded. The refund will be made within 15 days of the returned item(s) being received and checked by our logistics team.

 

  • If returning defective or non-compliant products: we will assume all return fees. A replacement product will be sent to you within a few days of the returned item being received and checked by our logistics team.

 

  • If you want to exchange a clothing item for a different size or colour: all return fees are at your expense and cannot be refunded. A replacement product will be sent to you within a few days of the returned item being received and checked by our logistics team (exchange is only possible if the desired product is in stock; if the product is no longer available, a refund will be issued).
